- 42″, 48″ & 60″ stroke vertical lift cylinder, 16″ stroke horizontal retract cylinder. Both 3-1/4” bore with extra long adjustable 3” cushions on both ends of stroke with optional stroke limiters for horizontal cylinder.
- Superior tuning bar, constructed of wear & impact resistant T-1 plate. Profiled shape for extra strength and added support for Sering exclusive quick change bolt-in-teeth & cylinder pins. *No longer a fire or safety hazard when serviced. (DS Models offer a 10 year limited warranty)
- Vertical cylinder purpose built for this abusive application with 2” induction hardened chrome rod, oversized 7/8” did. Stress proof tie rods, extra thick 5/16” wall barrel, oversized for bolt flanged ports with no screwed hose fittings, Sering exclusive moly filled nylon flex bushing bored for 2” hardened bolt-in mounting pins. Optional on board quick acting relief valve for oversized carriage.
- Extra heavy mainframe constructed of 2” thick one piece side plates, 1/1/2” thick mounting flange and gusseted throughout, precision line bored main pivot and horizontal cylinder mount.
- Massive 7” one piece hardened main pivot trunnion, precision machined to an unbreakable 4” diameter bearing surface.
- Extra long lasting 1-1/2” thing phenolic wear strips. Optional automatic oiler an moly lube impregnated phenolic of even more extended wear life.

- 50 GPM self-compensation pump directly coupled to motor.
- 10 gallon accumulator delivering an extra punch of flow to the system for the best acceleration and top speed with no extra input energy.
- Pilot operated sectional main control valve with oversized ports and flow controls for horizontal cylinder.
- Simple manifold block with adjustable pilot pressure cartridge valve, accumulator unloading valve and pressure gauges with shut off valves.
- Large, rugged oil cooler with temperature controlled fan motor.
- Dual element in tank return line filter with dirt indicator gauge and oil fill port with quick disconnect couplings to filter as you fill.
